THE COMPANY

Byron Drake was established in 2000, initially concentrating on refurbishments and residential conversion projects before entering the new-build arena in 2005, working independently and with several partners to acquire and deliver a wide range of residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East. 

Our close relationships with numerous councils throughout the London boroughs, along with our in-house expertise, increase our ability to achieve planning permission on even the most difficult of sites. Byron Drake embraces every challenge that comes our way and the harder the task the sweeter the success when our goal is achieved.
