DIRECTOR
Warren has worked within the property sector for over 25 years and has collected a wealth of experience along the way. He has a firm grasp on all aspects of the business although his passion lies in the land acquisition and planning arena where he and his team specialise in extracting the hidden potential from a site.
He has built up a very strong network of planning specialists, having worked closely with several architects and consultants over the years, to successfully deliver a steady stream of consented development sites, not only for Byron Drake Limited, but also for various other development partners, throughout the London Boroughs and the South of England.
HENRY HAMMOND
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
Henry initially started his career within a commercial agency, establishing strong relationships with banks, investment funds and property developers whilst acquiring and disposing of their development assets. Following five successful years in this field, he joined the land division of an independent property development company based in Central London where he was involved in numerous successful land transactions. Armed with his knowledge from ‘both sides of the fence’ he has the remit to produce a consistent flow of new land opportunities to sustain the company’s growth.
